Welcome to ClaimsWeb, a website owned and operated by Auditec Solutions (“Auditec”). By accessing and using ClaimsWeb, you as the user (herein referred to as “you”) agree to comply with the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the site. 

Acceptance of Terms

By using ClaimsWeb, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any applicable laws and regulations. Auditec reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. 

Ownership and Operation

ClaimsWeb is owned and operated by Auditec Solutions, a payment accuracy firm dedicated to helping clients recover lost funds. Auditec retains all rights to the content, features, and functionalities of ClaimsWeb. 

User Accounts

User accounts on ClaimsWeb are created exclusively by Auditec personnel. Authorized users, such as clients and their designated representatives, will be provided with login credentials to access their respective accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for any activities that occur under your account. 

If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify Auditec immediately at . 

Authorized Use

You are granted limited, non-transferable, and revocable access to ClaimsWeb for the purpose of viewing and managing your claims-related information. You agree not to: 

• Access or use ClaimsWeb for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose; 
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems connected to ClaimsWeb; 
• Distribute, modify, or transmit any content or information obtained through ClaimsWeb without prior consent from Auditec. 

Data Security and Privacy

Auditec takes data privacy and security seriously. ClaimsWeb complies with applicable data protection laws. By using ClaimsWeb, you consent to Auditec’s collection, storage, and use of your personal and financial information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. 

Intellectual Property

All content on ClaimsWeb, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade dress, and software, is the property of Auditec or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content from ClaimsWeb without the prior written permission of Auditec. 

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Auditec does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through ClaimsWeb. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auditec disclaims all liability for any damages arising from the use of ClaimsWeb, including but not limited to direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages. The content on ClaimsWeb is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. By using and accessing ClaimsWeb You acknowledge that your use is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all servicing or repairs of any equipment You use in connection with your use of ClaimsWeb, and that Auditec nor any of its affiliates or respective agents, directors, employees, information providers, licensors, licensees, officers, and/or affiliates will be liable for any damages of any kinds related to your use of ClaimsWeb as set forth herein.   

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Auditec and its affiliates and respective agents, directors, employees, information providers, licensors, licensees, officers and/or affiliates (collectively “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from and against any and all liability and costs (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs), incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by You of these Terms or the foregoing representations, warranties, and covenants. You will cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim arising out of the defense of any claim.   

Termination of Access

Auditec reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to ClaimsWeb at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Any such termination shall not affect your obligations under these Terms of Use, including but not limited to indemnification and limitations of liability. 

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
